Architecture & apartment renovations in Thessaloniki
Unity Design creates homes and hospitality interiors in Thessaloniki with everyday comfort at their core. We are an award-winning architecture and design studio based in Igoumenitsa, with experience in the complete renovation of an apartment on Aristotelous Square.
A new chapter for your city apartment
A renovation begins with the plan: how you move through the property, where you gather and which rooms need greater privacy. We consider living areas, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms together so that the design supports everyday life. Lighting, storage and carefully selected finishes complete the layout.
Luxury interiors with a coherent identity
Luxury comes from considered proportions and details that work together. Natural marble, warm timber surfaces and subtle lighting can create a calm, enduring interior. Each choice responds to the owner’s needs, the condition of the property and the agreed budget.
A private residence or a holiday rental?
The intended use shapes the brief. For a private residence, we focus on personal routines. For an Airbnb or guest apartment, we also consider arrival, practical furnishings and daily maintenance. Explore our approach to hospitality interior design.
