The AVAIA Boutique Hotel was designed as a contemporary hospitality experience, where the architecture, lighting, and choice of materials come together as a cohesive whole.
The design approach was based on a balance between the warm tones of the wood, the black metal details, and the clean, minimalist surfaces. Indirect and atmospheric lighting takes center stage, highlighting textures and creating different qualities of light throughout the hotel.
From the lobby and common areas to the guest rooms and bathrooms, every detail was designed with the goal of creating a boutique hotel experience characterized by a strong identity, functionality, and a sense of privacy. The custom woodwork, metal accents, built-in lighting, and limited color palette create a space that is modern, elegant, and timeless.
AVAIA was not designed merely as a place to stay, but as an environment where design becomes part of the overall hospitality experience.
