The new Development Law 2025 comes with radical changes that aim to speed up procedures, boost tourism investments and increase subsidies for small and large businesses.

✔ Reduction of delays in the approval of investment plans – the goal is approval within 12 months.

📌 300 million euro Guarantee Fund from the European Investment Bank (EIB) for state-guaranteed loans.
📌 Cooperation with the Hellenic Development Bank to provide low-interest loans to small and medium-sized tourism enterprises.
📌 Increase in subsidies to border regions.
