The listing photos were beautiful. What follows is a building with a permit history you cannot read, a survey in Greek, and contractors who will quote a price without an agreed scope.<\/p>\n
Most owners buying from abroad lose money in the same three places. They commit before knowing what can legally be built on the plot. They agree a price before anyone has defined what is actually included. And they have nobody on the ground whose job is to represent their interests rather than the builder’s.<\/p>\n
None of that is a design problem. It is a problem of distance, language and accountability.<\/p>\n
The most valuable thing we do often happens before you own the property.<\/p>\n Send us the listing and we will tell you what the building can realistically become \u2014 what can be kept, what has to go, and whether the result is worth the purchase.
