Two projects. Two Five-Star Awards. One European nomination. Unity Design, an award-winning design studio in Greece, celebrates two distinctions at the European Property Awards 2026–2027. Our work starts with people and the spaces they inhabit.

Terra Vista Villa in Corfu received Best Architecture Single Residence Greece. Meanwhile, Aristotelous 7 Square Apartment in Thessaloniki received Best Residential Interior Apartment Greece. In addition, Aristotelous earned a Regional Nominee place for Best Residential Interior Apartment Europe.

A Mediterranean home and a city apartment offer different starting points. Yet both explore how people move, rest and feel within a space. From our base in Igoumenitsa, we bring this thinking to architecture and interior design across Greece.

Two homes, one approach to design

At Terra Vista Villa, we shaped the architecture and interiors around Corfu’s landscape. Daylight and natural materials connect enclosed rooms with outdoor spaces. Stone and timber create continuity, while living areas open towards terraces and places to relax.

The award recognises the architectural project as a whole. Explore its interior design alongside Terra Vista Villa’s exterior design. Together, they reveal complementary aspects of the same residence.

At Aristotelous 7 Square Apartment, the focus shifts to city living. We considered layout, lighting and materials together. As a result, everyday use meets a calm sense of luxury. Moreover, each detail supports the spatial idea and gives the apartment a coherent identity.

From national recognition to a European nomination

The European Property Awards form part of the International Property Awards. Each distinction recognises a specific design category. The judges honoured Terra Vista Villa for single-residence architecture. Aristotelous, in turn, received the award for residential apartment interiors.

Furthermore, Aristotelous’s Regional Nomination opens another chapter. The official directory lists it as a nominee for Best Residential Interior Apartment Europe. This nomination marks a separate stage from the Greek Five-Star Award. It does not represent a European category win.

Above all, these moments belong to the clients and collaborators who shared their vision with us. Every project grows through trust and discussion. From the first ideas to the final details, that collaboration shapes the character of each space.

Working with an award-winning design studio in Greece

Looking for an award-winning design studio in Greece? Start with its projects to understand the team’s approach. Awards provide a verifiable reference. The portfolio, in turn, shows how the team responds to a place, property and brief. Equally, a successful collaboration depends on shared priorities and a clear process.

At Unity Design, we apply this approach to private residences, villas and hospitality spaces. Our projects span Corfu, Thessaloniki, Athens and Crete. We connect architecture, interiors and outdoor areas through one design vision. First, we discuss what you want your space to offer. Then, we explore how you want people to feel within it.
