Terra Vista Villa is an integrated project construction and renovation of a villawhere the architectural design meets the modern design of the luxury design in a clean, earthy and timeless composition.
The design was based on a single architectural axis: natural materials, a neutral palette and an absolute balance between volume, light and texture. The interior is developed with open cuts, large glazing and direct connection with the outside, enhancing the sense of privacy and tranquility.
At the core of the residence, the living room and kitchen are configured as a single, fluid space with custom-made constructions, hidden lighting and high aesthetic details. The natural stone and wood finishes, clean lines and integrated storage elements create an environment of modern luxury without excess.
The bedroom and walk-in closet were designed with an emphasis on functionality and ergonomics, through bespoke solutions that highlight the quality of materials and precision of construction.
